Rust Xmas 2021 Snowman Helmet

A Festive Snowman Helmet for the Rust Xmas 2021 Event. This one was a bit of a challenge as we don't really have any kind of SSS shader, and snow looks pretty bad without any translucency, so I managed to hack the foliage shader a bit and get a half-decent result.
